How We Use It: To provide assessment and treatment, schedule appointments, process payments and insurance claims, maintain clinical records as required by law and the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, communicate with you about your care, and improve our services and website.

Consent: By providing your information, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as described here. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer, though this may limit our ability to treat you. Consent for minors is obtained from a parent or guardian.

Security & Retention: We use secure, access-controlled systems and encrypted transmission where applicable. Health records are retained for a minimum of 10 years from the last entry (longer for minors), per regulatory requirements, then securely destroyed.

Your Rights: You may access your records, request corrections, withdraw consent, ask who has accessed your information, and file a complaint. Reasonable fees may apply for record copies.
